Pro Tips

  • Make a double batch of the compound butter and store it in the refrigerator for up to a week. It's incredible on grilled corn, roasted vegetables, baked potatoes, steak, seafood, or simply melted over rice. For a restaurant-style presentation, roll the butter into a log using parchment paper and chill before slicing into rounds.
  • Good bread, good butter, and Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp are all you need. The butter mellows the warmth of the chili crisp while carrying its savory spices throughout every bite. Paired with ghee-toasted bread, it's a simple recipe that proves big flavor doesn't require a long ingredient list.
