Pro Tips

  • Halloumi is best served straight from the skillet while the edges are still crisp and the center is warm and chewy. If you're filming content, drizzle the hot honey chili crisp over the halloumi while it's hot for maximum visual appeal. For even more texture, add toasted pistachios or roasted chickpeas.
  • Halloumi was practically made for Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp. The salty cheese balances the sweetness of the honey while the crispy edges soak up the chili-infused oil. Combined with cool cucumber salad, creamy avocado, and fluffy rice, this bowl hits every flavor and texture note in a single bite.
