These Chili Crisp Parmesan Pasta Chips are crispy, cheesy, and completely addictive. Cooked pasta is tossed with Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp and parmesan cheese, then baked or air fried until golden and crunchy. They're perfect for snacking, dipping, or serving as a fun appetizer.

Ingredients

4–6

  • 8 ozbowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 2 tbspYo Amma Indian Chili Crisp
  • ½ cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tspkosher salt
  • ½ tspblack pepper

For Serving

  • Marinara sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Whipped feta dip
  • Extra Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente according to package directions. Drain well and allow the pasta to steam dry for a few minutes.

  2. 2

Transfer the pasta to a large bowl. Add the Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp, parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.

  3. 3

Air Fryer Method: Arrange the pasta in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy. Oven Method: Spread the pasta onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking.

  4. 4

Transfer to a serving bowl. Finish with an extra sprinkle of parmesan and a spoonful of Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp. Serve with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dip.

Pro Tips

  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer or baking sheet. Giving the pasta space allows it to crisp instead of steam. For maximum crunch, let the pasta cool for a few minutes after cooking—it gets even crispier as it rests.
  • Pasta chips became popular for a reason, but Yo Amma Indian Chili Crisp makes them even better. The chili-infused oil helps the pasta crisp beautifully while the crunchy onions, peanuts, and spices cling to every piece. Combined with parmesan, it's a snack that disappears almost as quickly as it's made.
